Welcome to the Minnesota Power Boaters Association (MNPBA). The purpose of this site is to organize a group of informed individuals providing for a better process to evaluate and recommend any changes to the current recreational boating regulations on the St. Croix River. Your support is needed to STOP the current Government efforts to create Speed Limits, NEW No Wake Zones, and Crazy Anchoring Rules. Governing Agencies will meet in future PUBLIC FORUM's to address these and other proposals for the management of the St. Croix River. We can stop needless new restrictions on boating & fishing.
