Below are the comments made in writing and sent to the Lower St. Croix Partnership Team by a Sergeant with the Washington County Sheriff's Office who is assigned to patrol the Lower St. Croix River.  Please notice the 1st paragraph on the 2nd page where he states, "The proposed 40 mph daytime and 20 mph nighttime speed limits carry some flaws and  the WCSO position is that we are opposed to it."
